BRING AND BUY STAND

In order to ensure smooth operation of the BRING AND BUY stand, you are asked to note the following guidelines and conditions of sale.

1. Each item should be listed on this form. Please ensure that only one item is listed per line; e.g. if selling five Portescap motors, each one should be separately identified unless you wish them to be sold as a single lot.

2. Each item for sale should have a label firmly attached, showing your membership number, item number from the form and the price required.

3. The society will retain 10% of the purchase price.

4. Settlement, together with the collection of unsold goods, must be made before you leave and may be at any time during the show. Any uncollected goods will be disposed of as the stand manager sees fit.

5. All items will be displayed at the stand manager’s discretion; they are offered for sale, displayed, handled and stored at the vendor’s risk.

6. Magazines will not be accepted for sale at either Scalefour North or Scaleforum. In addition, books, videos and DVDs will not be accepted for sale at Scaleforum.

7. Additional forms can be printed out by downloading this file. To print you need Acrobat Reader, if you don't already have it download from the Adobe site. Further forms will also be available from the Bring and Buy stand on the day.

All goods will be displayed only on the above conditions which experience has proved necessary. Your co-operation will be much appreciated.
